Want to race your car in an affordable, competitive and tightly controlled environment? The Queensland Touring Car Championship (QTCC) is built for exactly that.

QTCC is a Motorsport Australia affiliated incorporated club that held its first championship season in 2012. The series is run by competitors, for competitors, with the goal of delivering enjoyable, accessible club-level racing in a professionally managed environment.

The championship celebrates the heritage of cars that competed in the Australian Touring Car Championship and its related eras, including Australian Group C, Group A and the Super Touring categories.

Eligibility is focused on vehicles that have raced in these historic touring car series. While areas such as tyres, suspension, brakes and engine modifications remain relatively open, the category is structured to keep competition close. Race results are determined primarily by car setup, preparation and driver skill rather than budget.

QTCC runs a full championship calendar each year across Queensland’s three permanent circuits - Queensland Raceway, Lakeside Park and Morgan Park Raceway. The season typically begins in February or March and concludes in November or December over six to seven rounds.
